And the components applied to industrial robots are also important high-tech indicators in various industries. Industrial robot bearings are mostly thin-walled high-precision bearings, with an accuracy of P5 or above, and some bearings have an accuracy of P2 or above. They belong to ultra high precision bearings, which are difficult to process and produce. Currently, domestic demand largely relies on foreign imports. With the development and growth of the robot industry, the robot bearing industry is also in a period of rapid development.

In the development and production practice of industrial robot bearings, TTB has successively compiled samples of harmonic reducer bearings, cross cross cylindrical roller bearings, and cross roller turntable bearings for industrial robots in order to standardize and serialize the production of industrial robot bearings. Product technical standards have been formulated, which have been verified by experts and filed with the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, filling the domestic gap and aligning with international standards.
