On the afternoon of May 26, 2020, the project inspection team led by Li Xuejun, Chairman of Tengyuan Holdings Group and President of Guizhou Hebei Chamber of Commerce, went to Liuzhi Special Zone, Guizhou Province for a two-day inspection of Tengyuan (China) Industrial Cloud Big Data Operation Center project.

The inspection work was presided over by the leaders of the Liuzhi Special Economic Zone, including Jiang Jialiang, Deputy District Chief of the Liuzhi Special Economic Zone Government, Lin Gaohua, member of the Liuzhi Special Economic Zone Government Party Group, Zhu Jianda, Director of the Liuzhi Special Economic Zone Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Ma Yan, Director of the Liuzhi Special Economic Zone Investment Promotion Service Center, and Director of the Liuzhi Economic Development Zone Economic Development Bureau. On May 27th, the investment framework agreement related to the "Tengyuan (China) Industrial Cloud Big Data Operation Center" was officially signed with Tengyuan Group, marking the official entry of the construction of the Liuzhi Industrial Cloud into the "fast lane".

Li Xuejun, Chairman of Tengyuan Group, believes that "industrial cloud big data" will be a digital transformation wave starting from "technological innovation" and aiming for "economic recovery". "Big data" has become a development opportunity that must be seized. Data centers and industrial Internet will become new elements to improve urban modernization governance.

In his view, in the "post pandemic era", how industrial cloud and big data can boost social and urban industrial recovery under the premise of security is a new proposition and challenge facing the industry. At this time, it is timely to vigorously promote the construction of "industrial cloud and big data". As an important component of the national Industry 4.0 strategy, cloud computing bears the important mission of serving technological innovation and assisting in the upgrading of traditional industries.
